Probate Valuations
We prepare formal written probate valuations reflecting open market value at the date of death, suitable for use in estate administration and probate applications. Valuations can cover individual items, collections or full house contents, with on site visits available where required. Fees are agreed in advance based on the scope of the instruction.
Insurance Valuations
Our insurance valuations help ensure artworks, jewellery and valuables are correctly insured. Reports are prepared on a replacement value basis and provide clarity and reassurance that appropriate cover is in place and avoid under insurance in the event of loss or damage.
Insurance valuations are undertaken for private collectors, corporate clients and insurers, with fees agreed in advance based on the scope of work involved.
Family Division Valuations
We offer independent and impartial valuations for family division and related matters. Our assessments reflect current market conditions and are presented clearly for use by solicitors and advisors.
